It is THE essential showcase for the industry with all related products, services and technologies. As the Information and Technology industry is subject to intense global competition and companies' international presence is a premise for their success, economic cooperation with other countries is essential for German ICT providers.
Therefore, this year the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) as well as the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) are once again supporting a German group participation, giving more than 14 companies the possibility to present their excellent products and to offer their renowned services to key players and decision makers from all over Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. BITKOM, the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media and one of the initiating associations for the German joint stand, is accompanying the German delegation and providing professional advice.
BITKOM represents more than 1,700 companies, of which 1,100 are direct members. They include nearly all global players as well as more than 1,000 powerful small and medium-sized enterprises. BITKOM's members export high-tech goods and services worth 50 billion Euros per year.
On behalf of all exhibitors, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi), the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and the supporting associations wish all participants a successful show and extend a warm welcome to all visitors of the German Pavilion.
